We have all heard of large "Mergers and Acquisitions", and new tech firms or generational family owned businesses being bought out but what is really happening behind the scenes?
Join Adan Sierra of Lionfield Capital to explore the strategies behind one of the largest economic decisions a company can make, how deals are prepared, executed, and why companies sell or merge in the first place.
The conversation will take place LIVE on our Facebook Page at 12pm on May 26, 2021. It will be followed by a Q&A Session. The video may be viewed following the event.
