About the "Entradas" Program

An initiative on behalf of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the goal of this program is to spark meaningful connections between Hispanic mentees and mentors (modeled from PA Women Work’s “3 Cups of Coffee”).

This program is designed to cultivate structured, one-on-one relationships that are strategically planned to connect people, increase knowledge and build skills to create, stimulate and enable mentees to achieve future goals and milestones.

Participants will participate in three “Entrada” visits to a PMAHCC member restaurant (when in-person) or virtual Entradas. Mentor-Mentee is based on answers from a questionnaire for matchmaking. Discussions will be based on mentee’s goals and meet three times.
